During the Covid Pandemic we were all encouraged to work from home if it was feasible. Now we’re coming out of the pandemic many workers want to continue staying at home. The Civil Service is in the vanguard of wanting to continue to work from home. It’s estimated only 20% of them are back in their London offices and a survey has found that 7 out of 10 of these guys want to have three days a week working from home and just show up in the office only twice a week. Who do they think they are? There are so many examples of the failures of working from home, get back to work!
