What is it with our sportsmen nowadays, oh, perhaps I should say sportspersons. You get the footballers taking the knee in support of Black Lives Matter, a racist organisation if every there was one. But they same footballers will jump at the chance to attend the Qatar World Cup next summer. Qatar has the worst human rights abuses in the world, but there’s no criticism about that! And then there’s F1’s Lewis Hamilton. In his race in Saudi Arabia he said he was going to wear a rainbow hat in support of LGBT. Saudi kill anyone who is Gay! What’s wearing a rainbow hat going to achieve. The super rich sports people should get on with their sport and stay out of the politics.
