This morning I was slurping my coffee and puffing a cigarette (aye Im still smoking) before going to sit at the pc and post a file. My phone rang and a colleague on the day job asked if I could pick up meds for one of the service users. Advised I wasn’t working today. There’s been a breakdown of communication. Nobody else available and so here I am at work.
Was looking forward to meeting up with my sister this afternoon, not seen her in ages. Obviously had to cancel.
Oh well, such is life.
