Wednesday 11 May 2022 – Ukrainian counterattacks near the Russian border in Kharkiv are making Moscow “very worried,” according to a senior Ukrainian official. Russian forces, however, have enough strength for another attack on the area, the official said. Missiles struck two areas of Sloviansk in eastern Ukraine, according to the city’s mayor. The city is a main goal of Russian forces trying to push south into the Donetsk region. Ukraine will suspend some of the Russian gas exports to Europe that flow in pipelines through the country due to interruptions at key transit points, its gas transmission system operator said.
