October 2016. This week The People in the Village of Aberfan in South Wales Relived the Terrible and Horrific Events of Half a Century ago when a Mountain of Coal Waste Collapsed onto the Village School. That Mountain Claimed the Life of 116 Children and 28 Adults. There had been No Freak of Nature. It was a Man Made Disaster and it was Entirely Foreseeable. It Happened because of a Combination of Negligence, Arrogance and Incompetence. The National Coal Board were Found “To Blame”. But Nobody ‘On High’ Got Dragged to Court. This is Obviously a Local Tragedy; but it is One for the Nation and the Entire World to Ponder Over. On How Many Occasions have the Establishment been able to ‘Get Away With It’? Please don’t say, aye but this is 50 Years Ago. I Won’t List the Establishment Doing What they Want, the UK Inquiry into Establishment Connections with Child Sex and related Issues will Hopefully Answer Whilst I’m still Alive. But the Establishment Issue is International, Give Power without the Checks and Balances you end up with another Disaster, and it’s Always the Poor that Cop It. I was wanting to mention that some of the Best Times in my Life have been at Murrayfield with us playing Wales at Rugby. They’re Nearly as Good as Us. Brilliant Times, Amazing Laughs, Two Nations of the Celts having a Good Time Together.
