I’m not at all sure what the hell to say about the clear assassination of a journalist, in anyones book it has to be wrong. The slaying of Shireen Abu Akleh, I have to use the word ‘assassination’. She was a well loved and trusted journalist by the Palestinians, and she was a thorn in the side of the Israelis. The argument that a Palestinian killed her is laughable, she was shot in the head from a distance, a sniper. I am an ardent supporter specifically of the people of Israel and generally of the Jewish people, but for my arguments to have any respect, a wrong needs to be named as a wrong. This needs independent investigation, and the world needs to see there are consequences. RIP Shireen Abu Akleh, a very brave lady.
