GB NEWS presenter Nigel Farage clashed with LSE climate change director Bob Ward after the pair disagreed on whether it was economically viable for the UK to invest in green technology considering the country’s small global impact. Nigel Farage and Policy and Communications Director at the Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change Bob Ward appeared on GB News but things quickly descended into chaos as the pair began shouting over each other. Mr Farage was confused why Boris Johnson and the Conservative Party were positioning themselves as a greener party which has come at the expense of the UK’s economy as manufacturing has been exported elsewhere. Mr Ward rejected Mr Farage’s analysis and said the reason for manufacturing moving abroad was because of labour costs, not the environment as the pair went back and forth on climate change.
