Frankie Clarence, 28, a Black Lives Matter organiser, says “I feel we are now in a period where voices don’t need to be voiceless any more.” The family of Belly Mujinga, a black ticket office worker who died from Covid-19, also joined the protests, which concluded at Victoria Station, where she had worked. In an impassioned speech, Star Wars actor John Boyega said: “Today is about innocent people who were halfway through their process, we don’t know what George Floyd could have achieved, we don’t know what Sandra Bland could have achieved, but today we’re going to make sure that won’t be an alien thought to our young ones.” So it’s just Black Lives that should be given a Tribute? What is going on in our country?
