Mark Collett on the Patriotic Alternative – “Well, we are starting an organization called Patriotic Alternative. We’ve already held our first conference. And the most important thing with Patriotic Alternative is we are not making any Huge Promises. We’re not saying we’re going to be in Power in five years. It’s all going to be perfect. But what we are going to be doing is firstly, running a very professional organization, we’ve already held one conference. We’ve already held a number of other smaller events. We’ve held camps. We’ve held, you know, afternoons in city centres where we go out for dinner and just Talk. Just be around each other. We’ve also held the very successful, ‘We Were Never Asked’ day of Action, where we went out and we polled some 2,000 people on whether they thought that White People becoming a Minority was a Good thing or a Bad thing. But I think the most important thing is that this organization is professional. Now, I gave a large speech at the Patriotic Alternative Conference, the first conference we held while I talked about a person called That Guy. Now, that guy is the guy that ruins everything! I’m not going to spoil the speech. But that guy is the guy that has always turned up at Nationalist events, has always being Tolerated. But he puts everyone else Off. He’s badly dressed, he has bad personal hygiene, he’s Rude, he gets Drunk, he causes Trouble and he puts people off coming back. So we’re going to be professional. We’re going to have a Dress Code. We are going to be Polite with each other. These events aren’t a Drinking Club. In fact, I’d prefer it if there wasn’t alcohol there. I don’t want to see Nationals getting drunk and falling out with each other and making fools of themselves. I’ve seen that for the past almost two decades, it doesn’t need to be a part of our events. But secondly, firstly, it’s got to be professional. But secondly, it’s got to be something that is there in the Real World. And it has to be highly Social because something I’ve observed amongst our people, as we say, we’re Active on social media. But social media is actually very anti-social. We don’t look each other in the eye. We don’t have meaningful Connections with each other. Most people hide themselves behind an Avatar. They hide themselves behind a fake name, behind a persona. And if they disappear? Have they been Banned? They Died or they’ve been sent to jail. I mean, they said online, you know, they just decided that I want to do this anymore. In hospitals, they get hit by a car. No one knows. People come and people go. And over the years, I’ve seen many people come, I’ve seen many people go, and I’ve never really known them. I’ve never got that warm from being able to look them in the eye, shake them by the hand, give them a hug, welcome them into a room to sit and talk one to one or in a group. And the feedback I keep getting from so many people when we hold these events is, gosh, when it was over, I just had so much Fun. I just wished we could do it again. I felt so at ease. I felt so good being able to Drop my Barriers and talk to people. I felt so good being able to be myself, amongst other real people, where we could express ourself, where we could get Visual Feedback. It made me feel Good. And that’s something that we don’t have. We don’t have places where we can go. We don’t have clubs or bars or cafes. We don’t have community centres where if you’re racially aware Nationalist, you can go and discuss your Opinions. You have to do it in this Disconnected, Anonymous way and to hold a professional, welcoming, real world event where our people can gather, that’s my first real sort of Aim, to bring us Together as a Proper Community.”
